We stand behind our goods  and want our customers to be satisfied.

Is there a time limit?
Yes, you must initiate your return no later than 14 days after receiving your book(s).

How do I initiate a return?
Simply email a message letting us know you wish to return your last received book and we will provide you with the return address.

When will I receive my refund?
Your refund will be issued to your original method of payment as soon as your book is received at Armour Publishing, inspected and processed - typically within 4 working days of receipt by Armour Publishing Ltd.

Where will you refund my money?
Refunds will always be returned to your original method of payment - no exceptions.

Who pays the shipping return fees?
Armour Publishing does not refund your postage and shipping costs and does not provide prepaid return labels.

What if the item has been used?
All returned items must be in perfect resalable condition. If the returned items are not deemed to be in a resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund. Eg: damaged covers and torn, folded or otherwise damaged pages.
